Townley operates a mechanical testing laboratory which is accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) and operates in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025.

The prime objective of Townley is to provide high quality products and services that consistently meet our customers’ requirements and conform to all relevant Australian standards, statutes and regulations. We achieve this by continually improving our products and services.

It is the main objective of all staff at Townley to continually strive to provide outstanding service to our customers.

To achieve our objectives, we maintain a Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and commit to a continual improvement of the system.
